It is the perfect partner for the next spring season: the hippie ankle boot from Snipe.
Our stylish Snipe model is made from perforated suede- and soft nubuk-leathers. It scores with it’s fashionable espadrilles-look and it`s casual cool design. It perfectly goes with other SS12 must-have items such as maxi skirts, linen dresses, tunic shirts and denim hot pants.
The innovative outsole is made from rubber-latex with a jute inlay. This gives the shoe look a summerly and light look. And the comfort comes from a suede footbed with a latex foam cusion.
Of course Snipe only uses natural and recycled materials, such as chrome free tanned leathers, for all their shoes.

Already at the first glance you can clearly see the artisan make of our Snipe SS 2012 collection: contrast stitching, premium leathers, thick knit or wool fabrics and blocky heels with rustic outsole profiles. For men and for women! This is very apparent on our new “Fiesta†group with its significant toe springs and its rough outsole profiles.
Snipe goes for Sustainability
Snipe exclusively utilizes four chrome free tanned leathers for their products – from eco certified tanneries. All used metal parts are nickel-free and the outsole and the laces are made from natural materials. The reversible footbeds of the Snipe shoes are recyclable and all plastic parts are made from recycled PET-bottles.
